Before you are registered in a VHS course, you must complete the VHS Eligibility Checklist. The checklist must be handed in with your VHS Enrollment form and VHS Contract.
Interested in taking a VHS course? Please fill out this form and hand it into Mrs. Cardell in Guidance.
VHS Contract is to be signed and returned to Mrs. Domick no later than the start of Week 2.
